Method for determining starting gears with motor car, involves determining non-braking and braking starting gears, such that assigned rolling moment of motor car widely corresponds to drag moment of dire motor
The method involves forming a star-up element as an automated frictional clutch, and forming a driving gear as an automated step-by-step variable speed gear. Slope force and rolling resistance acting on a motor car are determined from actual acceleration parameters. A rolling moment of the motor car related to a gear input shaft is calculated for possible starting gears (G1-G5), and non-braking and braking starting gears (G-Anf positive, G-Anf negative) are determined, such that the assigned rolling moment of the motor car widely corresponds to a drag moment of the dire motor.
