The foot lifter orthosis (1) comprises a spring element (3) acting against the stretching of the foot. A sleeve (2) is mounted at a leg in a lower leg area of an orthosis carrier in a detachable manner. One end (5) of the spring element is connected with the sleeve, where another end (7) of the spring element is connected with footwear (9) of the orthosis carrier. A band (11) is provided as a rubber band.
