The orthosis has a lower leg frame section (2) and a foot frame part (3), separate from the leg frame section. The leg frame section and the foot frame part are moved against each other and connected together by two lateral opposite fixtures (4,5). The fixture is formed as a sliding locking guide, aligned parallelly to main axis of the lower leg frame section. A longitudinally extending c is provided on the frame part, where a receiving element (20) is assigned as the sliding guide. The support element is provided for the sliding element on another frame part.
