The method (100) involves combining distance information with lateral inclination information and/or steering angle information (110) to determine cornering of a two-wheeler, where the distance information represents distance covered by the two-wheeler. The distance information is provided with the lateral inclination- and steering angle information such that direction and narrowness or wideness of a curve are determined. A minimum value of the lateral inclination and/or a steering angle is adjusted based on speed of the two-wheeler. The lateral inclination information represents lateral inclination of the two-wheeler throughout the distance, and the steering angle information represents the steering angle of the two-wheeler throughout the distance. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for determining cornering of a bicycle (2) a computer program product comprising a set of instructions to perform a method for determining cornering of a bicycle.
