The device comprises vertically arranged elongated elements (6) present below a distribution line (1), where vertically arranged tubes (3) are bound to a lower wall of the distribution line and one of the elongated elements is arranged at a lower end (5) of the line and their opposite upper ends (4) extend above the lower wall of the distribution line. The upper ends of the tubes are arranged in a common plane and are covered by a spaced cover arranged in a cross-section of the distribution line at spacing, where the cover extends from the lower wall of the distribution line to the spacing. The device comprises vertically arranged elongated elements (6) present below a distribution line (1), where vertically arranged tubes (3) are bound to a lower wall of the distribution line and one of the elongated elements is arranged at a lower end (5) of the line and their opposite upper ends (4) extend above the lower wall of the distribution line.
