The fan has an arcuate or annular outlet (1) comprising a circulating slot (2) through which an arcuate or annular primary airflow emerges from the outlet and drags surrounding air. The outlet is arranged in a rear portion of a center console (4) in an inner space of a motor car through a cylindrical base (3). Outflow velocity of the primary airflow from the outlet is 3 m/sec. An air inlet and an electrical generator are integrated into the base for generation of the primary airflow. The outlet is connected with the base in a rotatable and/or tiltable manner.
