The unit has a base body unit (10a) comprising an integrated cable assembly relief element and/or an integrated cable clearance compensation element, where the cable sleeve support unit is firmly bonded and connected to an electric cable. The cable assembly relief element and/or the integrated cable clearance compensation element form a recess and/or a projection at an inner side of the base body unit. The cable assembly relief element and/or the integrated cable clearance compensation element comprise a cone surface and a catch element to produce a detent connection. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a cable sleeve support unit.
