The space has a cover (9) with a portion (12) movably lockable to an electronic-electric meter (1) against another cover (14) at reaching-up position. Access to an attachment screw for solution of locking of the portion is lockable by the latter cover. The meter has different spaces to a terminal block depending on length of contact pins, and is attached at a mounting rail (34). Guiding grooves and guides have a threaded hole for receiving slots and/or for implementing the screw.
