Electronic device, has first element repeatedly calibrated with respect to second element, and third element repeatedly calibrated with respect to second element, where three elements are formed as current paths of current mirror
The device has a first element (CLEG2) and a second element (CLEG3), which are repeatedly replaced based on a dynamic element adaptation principle to reduce effects of mismatch of the first element with respect to the first element. The first element is repeatedly calibrated with respect to a third element (CLEG1). The second element is repeatedly calibrated with respect to the third element. The elements are formed as current paths of a current mirror, where the calibration takes place by using an analog to digital converter. Two of the current paths comprise calibration capacitors (C2-C4). An independent claim is also included for a method for reducing effects of mismatch of elements in an electronic device.
