The lorry has an electronic control unit (15) with a data memory and a timer module. A power source (20) is provided for permanent power supply to the electronic control unit, where the power source is formed with a photovoltaic cell (21), and the photovoltaic cell is equipped with a converging lens (23). The photovoltaic cell is arranged on roof top of a driver cab of the lorry, and connected to the electronic control unit through an electrical cable (22). A double-layer capacitor (24) is provided in communication with the photovoltaic cell.
