The vehicle has a battery for electric drive, a vertically adjustable springy rider seat (13), suspension elements, front wheel (10), rear wheel (3), and right and left base plates (1). The base plates include main wheels which include axles (2-3) and wheel hubs (2-4) and/or disc brakes. A steering wheel is provided for steering the wheels at different rotational speeds while moving the front wheel in predetermined direction. The load carrier/load container and rider seat are maintained in equal height. The velocity delimiters are provided for each wheel.
