The drive device has a drive motor (16) that is fixed at a supporting section made of plastic. A metal bearing bush (26) of a drive shaft (28) is rotatably mounted in a motor housing (30), while passing through a circular cutout section (32') of the supporting section that is mounted with a driving wheel (18) while engaging with the drive units (20A,20B) for operating the vehicle element. The bearing bush of the drive shaft is projected from the motor housing without contacting the circular cutout section of the supporting section.
