The collecting unit collects agglomerated ions from the plasma generating unit to form particles. The distributor device: has a blade, a scraper device and/or a powder nozzle; and is connected or coupled with a sampling device, the material feeding device and/or between the collecting unit and the distributor device disposed storage unit, which is formed as a reservoir. The energy radiation source generates an electric arc or microwaves, where the energy radiation source for generating microwaves comprises a magnetron, which is connectable with a hollow waveguide.
