Shift collar for barrier synchronization unit of gearbox, has collar teeth extending in axial direction relative to shift collar axis and evenly distributed in circumferential direction and exhibiting identical front end geometries at end
The collar (22) has an internal gear (32) with shift collar teeth (34, 36) extending in an axial direction relative to a shift collar axis (A). The shift collar teeth are evenly distributed in a circumferential direction (40) and exhibit identical front end geometries at an axial end (38). Sloping surfaces (46, 48) are bent to other sloping surfaces (44, 50), where the sloping surfaces are formed as blocking surfaces. The sloping surfaces lie in a tooth plane bent to the shift collar axis. The former sloping surfaces are turned towards the shift collar teeth. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a barrier synchronization unit of a gearbox comprising a synchronizer and a coupling body (2) a method for manufacturing a shift collar.
