The device according to the invention is characterized in that a housing (1) is arranged before and / or after the vulcanizing press, which is provided with two housing openings (2, 3) through which the conveyor belt (4) runs without contact, inside the housing a radiation source (9) in the direction of the surface of the conveyor belt emits rays (10) which are so high in energy that they radiate through the conveyor belt, a sensor (11) also accommodated in the housing detecting the transmitted rays without contact, the process computer finally detecting this Evaluates the result of the radiographic test, taking into account the actual values when compared with the target values of the conveyor belt.
