The method involves providing an endothermic acting component with a wall or ceiling of a chamber having a coating. The endothermic acting component is irradiated with a heat radiation emitting heating device which is located in the chamber. The vacuum hollow spheres are provided as endothermic acting component ceramic or glass-ceramic. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for executing chamber heating method.
