The assembly has two parts (20, 30) provided with an engaging opening (21) and a resilient tongue (31) respectively, where the resilient tongue exhibits an end-sided hook-shaped bolt element (32). The bolt element is snapped into the engaging opening. A region of the engaging opening is covered under invisibility on a side of one of the parts, where the part side is opposite to a catching side for the bolt element. The parts are made of plastic, fiber-reinforced composite material or metal sheet, and covered by respective covering layers (27, 39) that are made of soft elastic material.
