The damping valve has passage channels (13,15) that are partially covered by a valve disc (23) having a radial spring (27) arranged on valve seat surface (29). The radial spring is deformed corresponding to profile of a supporting disc (31) in the upper side of valve disc. A resilient tilting disc (41) is arranged between supporting disc and spring, where internal diameter of the tilting disc is greater than diameter of tilting edge (35) of the supporting disc.
