The motor has two motor units (10, 20) provided with respective hollow and solid engine shafts (11, 21). The solid engine shaft is movably arranged in the hollow engine shaft. The solid engine shaft is extended outside an end of the hollow engine shaft. The motor units comprise respective rotors (12, 22) and stator components (13, 23), where the rotors and the stator components are firmly connected with the hollow engine shaft. The stator components are mechanically coupled in a rigid manner. An independent claim is also included for a headlight comprising a light effect device.
