The tool (10) has a work fluid channel led into a bead contact surface (14) formed at the tool. The work fluid channel is coupled or decoupled with a pressure change device at a coupling longitudinal end (15). The pressure change device is formed for changing pressure of a work fluid in the work fluid channel to ambient pressure. The bead contact surface is concavely formed relative to reference axes orthogonal to each other. The contact surface is made from sintered material. The beads comprise a support material i.e. bio polymer, such as agarose, and a biological active material.
