The arrangement (1) has a damping valve body (2) including a throughflow opening (3) for damping agent. A valve disk (4) is laid at the valve body and throttles damping agent flow. A tube spring (8) includes radially arranged recesses (9), where an axial extension of the recesses is varied based on a tensile state of the tube spring. The tensile state of the tube spring is conditionally varied by pressure of the flowing damping agent. The flowing damping agent partially flows through the recesses in the tube spring. The valve body is elastically decoupled from a piston rod (13).
