The method involves placing secondary coil (L2) of the vehicle (2) adjacent to primary coil (L1) of loading station (1). The inductive coupling of primary coil in loading station and secondary coil of the vehicle is performed while maintaining preset gap between the primary coil and secondary coil. An independent claim is included for system for inductive charging of battery in vehicle.
