The sensor has an inner sense element which comprises a ceramic substrate (2) provided in the measuring region (3) in the center area to the measuring range leading strip guards (4) in the other end region. The inner sense element is fixed in outer protective tube (1) over a holder. The ceramic substrate is fixed with the help of glazing portion (7) serving as holders between the measuring range and the strip guard contacts in the outer protective tube.
