The method involves providing dual applications (DA1, DA2) on an additional computer within a communication network, when an original application (OA) is started on one of other computers. A communication interface (UI) to the network is bounded on the latter computer. A user command of the original application is converted into an event (ED), which is transmitted to the former applications. Another user command on a side of the dual applications, and the former user command are processed in a simultaneous manner on the latter computer associated to the dual and original applications. An independent claim is also included for a communication arrangement for controlling the web-enabled medical application within the communication network.
