The apparatus has two separate sections which together form a pin-shaped body, where an upper section (1) is designed in a tube-shaped manner. The upper section has an opening at a one-sided tapering end. A lower part is designed as a cylindrical cartridge (4), and is inserted in the upper section. The lower part is slidable in upward direction. The cartridge has different active ingredients, such as synthetic chemical substances, natural substances, or mixtures.
