The cannula has cannula joint, adapter (20) for syringe or infusion system, and hollow needle (21). The hollow needle is introduced into the optical waveguide (22). The optical waveguide is fixed at the cannula joint through an optical coupler (23) of optical system including light source (24) and optical adapter (25). The total cross-section of optical waveguide is smaller than inner cross-section of hollow needle.
