The construction device (1) has planar horizontal and vertical metal limiting plates (2-5) which are arranged relative to each other around the axes. The vertical limiting plates are connected in parallel using hinges (9) in folded state, and are opened in unfolded state. The strut (7), frame, grid (6) and/or rod are attached with the limiting plates and are made of aluminum. The limiting plates are constructed by metal grids and/or metal plate portions. An independent claim is included for method for constructing metal staircase.
