The method involves coding or encrypting a called line identification or an access to the line identification of a telecommunication network. A service i.e. Internet service, is provided, and the called line identification of a subscriber is applied. Definite user identification i.e. access codes, or identification numbers are assigned, where the user identification includes same and/or different authorizations. The user identification is not linked to the called line identification and linked to a person or an institution or a company. An independent claim is also included for a device for coding access numbers.
