The device has a recess (5) that is partially extended in the lower portion of housing (4) in which a rotor (1) of wind turbine is arranged in upper portion. The wind contact elements are integrated in the housing surrounding the rotor, and are radially directed through the recess such that remaining region of the recess is exposed to wind vane elements of wind turbine. The edge of wind contact elements close to the housing is bent and formed as wind flow surface.
