The ball screw nut (12) has a base body with a thread-like ball groove arranged at an inner periphery, where ball through openings lead from the ball grooves to outer periphery of the base body. A ball return device extends over the outer periphery of the base body to connect two ball through openings of a ball groove. A clamp encompasses opposite end sections of both portions of the ball return device.
