The element extends one of the internal wall structure elements of a passenger space (4) up to the other wall structure element of the passenger space. The element separates partial volume from passenger space volumes, where the passenger space volumes are air-conditioned with an air conditioning apparatus. A wall construction part is made of plastic, composite fiber material, polymer film, elastomer, safety glass, or textile. An independent claim is also included for a passenger space of a motor car.
