The prosthesis has a supporting body (10) implantable into bones by anchoring units and comprising a disk-shaped retainer (24). The retainer has a peripheral edge (26) in angle areas that are opposite to each other. A casing surface of the edge is extended conically outward, and a bearing shell comprises a flat projection (34) whose outer diameter corresponds to inner diameter of the retainer. An opening angle of the casing surface is selected, such that the projection is clamped into the retainer in a self-locking manner in different tilting angles opposite of a plane of the body.
