The implant has a metal base (2) comprising a set of anchoring pegs (6) for securing the base to scapula, and a frame (3) placed against a support surface of the base. The support surface is formed by a support plate (5) having thickness of about 0.5 to 2 mm. The frame forms a peripheral contour edge adapted to shape of the plate. The peripheral contour edge of the frame is arranged in immediate vicinity of a peripheral edge of the plate, when the frame is assembled with the base. The pegs and the plate are made from porous material.
