The structure comprises nubs (9) formed by intersecting cuts (10, 11) in the connection region, where the cuts have different depths. The nubs and/or edges of the cuts are deburred, where the cuts are formed in an angle of 80 to 100 degrees to each other. The connection region is formed with a rectangular, round or oval cross-section, where the entire element is made of a metallic material. An independent claim is also included for a torsion spring or roll stabilizer comprising a tubular component made of a fiber reinforced plastic material.
