The device comprises a walk-hollow cylindrical wheel (2), a unit (30) for positioning foot of a training person on an inner side of a circumference (12) of the wheel, and a rotatable unit (18, 19, 20, 21) for supporting the wheel about its rotational axis. The supporting unit is a supporting frame. The wheel has a cylindrical grid frame (3), and two parallel tires and crossbars that extend itself over a distance area between the two tires. The wheel at the two end faces comprises a wheel hub or shaft that is connected with a tire via spokes. The device comprises a walk-hollow cylindrical wheel (2), a unit (30) for positioning foot of a training person on an inner side of a circumference (12) of the wheel, and a rotatable unit (18, 19, 20, 21) for supporting the wheel about its rotational axis. The supporting unit is a supporting frame. The wheel has a cylindrical grid frame (3), and two parallel tires and crossbars that extend itself over a distance area between the two tires. The wheel at the two end faces comprises a wheel hub or shaft that is connected with a tire via spokes. The spokes are externally inclined to a plane through the tire. The wheel hub or shaft is arranged at a distance from the plane by the tires. The positioning unit comprises: a surfboard; a unit for releasably holding the foot; a unit for holding the surfboard at the inner side of the circumference of the wheel; a mast; a fork boom; and a rig. The mast, the fork boom and the rig are positioned with respect to the wheel. The holding unit has holding loops and/or clamping devices. A hinge is arranged between the board and the wheel. The holding unit of the foot is arranged at the surfboard. A mast foot is fixed at the surfboard or the wheel and/or the holding unit of a mast's top is arranged into the wheel. The fork boom is fixed at a front side of the mast and/or is fixed at a back side of the wheel. The supporting unit is positioned at the bottom of a base, and has a servo motor and an upper supporting unit that supports the hub of the wheel. The device further comprises a unit for generating an air flow entering into the wheel, and a sensor for detecting a rotational position of the wheel and/or a camera for detecting movements of the training person arranged in the wheel. The sensor and/or the chamber of an input device is connected with an electronic data processing apparatus. The generating unit comprises a blower and/or an air guiding device. An electronic data processing device is configured so that it steers a flow of program dependent on the rotational position of the wheel and/or the movements of the training person. The servo motor is connected with an electronic data processing system that is formed in such a way that it controls a predetermined movement of the wheel.
