The device (D) has a support (S) e.g. flexible printed circuit board, comprising an electronic circuit to generate a signal when the electronic circuit is placed in a closed state. A flexible support unit is partially installed above a circular cylindrical element (EC). The support unit comprises an axle (A1) provided with a radial protuberance (PR) mounted above a thread of a ring (B1). The protuberance causes rotation of the ring to an interaction position in which two contact units (C11, C21) are engaged to place the circuit in the closed state, when pressure is exerted on the support unit.
