The device (1) has a waste heat utilization circuit (2) which has an evaporator (3) for vaporizing the liquid working medium and an expander (4) in the downstream of the evaporator for expanding the working medium. A condenser (5) in the downstream of expander, condenses the working medium. A conveying unit (6) comprises pump (13) for conveying working medium and electric motor (14) for driving the pump. The liquid working medium is cooled with the electric motor.
