Method for carrying out geothermal response tests in e.g. terrestrial heat exchanger, involves measuring time parallel to temperature gradient in region of heating element so as to determine thermal conductivity of mountain portion
The method involves portion-wise measuring by a measuring probe (9) with an integrated temperature sensor system (6), a heating element (5) and a sealing device (4) in a portion of terrestrial heat exchanger (1) or bore hole. A portion below and above the probe is thermally and hydraulically retained by the sealing device, defined heat energy is introduced into the retained portion of the exchanger, and time parallel to temperature gradient in the region of the heating element is measured so as to determine thermal conductivity of a presumptuous mountain portion. An independent claim is also included for a measuring probe comprising a temperature sensor.
