The engine has a set of exhaust gas turbo bearings (14) supplied with exhaust gas from an exhaust valve (20) of a cylinder (13) of a cylinder group (11) through an exhaust gas manifold (22) of the cylinder group. The turbo bearings are supplied with exhaust gas from an exhaust valve of a cylinder of another cylinder group (12) through another exhaust gas manifold (23). Another set of exhaust gas turbo bearings (15) is supplied with exhaust gas from another exhaust valve (21) of the cylinder of the former and the latter cylinder groups through third and fourth exhaust gas manifolds (24, 25).
