The apparatus has a process vessel (1) that accommodates a measuring lance (4) with local detector units (5-9) that are connected with an external evaluating unit. The measuring lance is moved in the three-dimensional space of the process vessel. The measuring lance is moved around the own axis. The two-dimensional space detectors are arranged at preset gap with respect to each other and with respect to a planar unit.
