The assembly (50) has hydraulic fluid line formed between a pump (71) and a brake booster in parallel to another hydraulic fluid line. An offset-compensated booster pressure sensor (73) monitors pressure of the former line. A spring loaded non-return valve (74) i.e. spring loaded one-way flow control valve, is arranged between an intake valve (65) i.e. electrically operated 2/2-way valve, and the brake booster and opened in reverse direction from the inlet valve to the brake booster under predetermined volumetric flow in the reverse direction. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for pressure sensor adjustment of a hydraulic brake assembly (2) a control device for pressure sensor adjustment of a hydraulic brake assembly.
