The heating device (1) comprises heating element (4) which is arranged in a printed circuit board (2), for heating the fluid flow (10). The printed circuit board is arranged vertical to the direction of flow. Several through holes for the fluid are formed in the printed circuit board such that the heating element is indirectly or directly arranged with respect to the through hole. The through holes are formed as several different recess patterns.
