The system (1) has a steering housing (4) for receiving a rack gear. A servo mechanism produces supporting power torque. A servo housing is provided with an actuator i.e. electrical servomotor (7), and a gear box, and connected with the steering housing. A plastic part is inserted between the servo housing and the steering housing, where the plastic part is formed in annular shape. A connecting neck and a connecting recess connect the servo housing with the steering housing, where the plastic part is inserted between the connecting neck and the connecting recess.
