Producing a material web (1) with a mineral filler material (3), comprises (i) mixing mineral filler material with a plastic adhesive, (ii) distributing the mixture on a lower fleece (2) or a lower film up to a desired thickness, using a doctor blade with teeth at a toothed edge, (iii) heating the mixture, (iv) applying an upper fleece (5) or an upper film on the distributed mixture with optional insertion of a stabilizing tissue (4), and (v) cooling the material web.
