The piston machine has radially arranged cylinder bores (4) which are arranged in housing (2). A radially movable piston (5) has wall (6) which is in interaction with the wall (7) of cylinder bore. The suction openings (8,8') and a pressure port in piston wall and/or in cylinder bore wall are opened or closed in response to travel path of piston. A control device between the piston and cylinder bore allows the pressure fluid access through suction opening. The suction opening is closed by control device when the piston starts compression stroke and starts suction stroke.
