The roof gutter attachment (1) comprises a longitudinal channel-shaped base body (2) with two lateral longitudinal edges (7) running parallel to each other, where the former longitudinal edge is designed flat and the other longitudinal edge is provided with a channel-shaped bead formed smaller against the base body and enclosing a semicircle and less than a full circle. The bead is designed in an elastically deformable manner. The roof gutter-attachment is made of plastic or a metallic material, such as galvanized steel sheet, copper sheet or stainless steel sheet.
