A transmission unit is connected to support element (8) of adjusting bolt (3), such that camshaft is supported by cam. The support element and adjusting bolt are arranged as separate components, such that the support element and bolt are guided and the support element is supported on bolt against force of spring by ball having thrust bearing surface.
