The device has a driven shaft that is rotated with a drive shaft rotated between ON and OFF positions. A mechanical clockwork mechanism (17) is clamped with drive shaft until reaching intermediate position between ON and OFF positions so that driven shaft is rotated into respective switching position. Tensioning of mechanism is carried out by rotary cam (13) driven by drive shaft. The rotary cam is comprised of rolling curved portion (15) with an apex (16) for applying clamping stroke. The mechanism is comprised of rotary component (19) that cooperates with curved portion.
