Each of a tracking factor (30) for different regions of volume portion is determined. The position of a guiding area (33) such as diaphragm of the object (O) under examination is computed based on the position of respective region and the tracking factor of the respective region. The MR image data of the respective area is acquired on the basis of the calculated position of the guiding area corresponding to the MR image data of the volume portion. The MR image of the predetermined volume is generated by the combination portion of the constructed MR image data of the area. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) magnetic resonance system; and (2) computer program product comprising electronic readable data carrier storing program for generating magnetic resonance (MR) image of volume region of living test object.
