The system has a surgical instrument moved in a working chamber (1) created within patients. A magnet is provided with a magnetic body to be influenced by a magnetic field, and particles e.g. solid particles with a ferro-fluid (5), influenced by the magnetic field are introduced into pre-determinable volume of ulcer (2) within the working chamber by an injector (3) i.e. cannula. The surgical instrument and injector are arranged in a flexible endoscope (4) and a catheter. The magnetic body is arranged on an outer or inner side of the patients. The ferromagnetic particles are provided as magnetically soft and hard particles and solid particles with a ferro-fluid.
